If you are looking to return your order, please go to your return portal. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

RETURNS
We hope you love your REGIMES order.
However, if you change your mind, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
Change-of-mind returns (14-day)
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Because our products include skincare and cosmetic items, returns are only accepted where:

The full box and all products are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging

Items are intact and in resellable condition
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We may request photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
